Personal Training

Fully qualified PT since 2009, clients have included other PTs, members of the military and world record breakers, as well as people living the 9-5, retired, self employed and shift workers. No age a barrier.

I can come to your house or another location but I also have my own gym, giving access to much more equipment.
My training method is focused on making you fitter, the fitter you are the harder you will train and the easier you will reach your desired body shape. I use a mixture of weight based, body weight and short burst cardiovascular exercises mixed up in a packaged session which varies every time.

I train 1:2:1, 1:2:2, small groups and large groups.
