Bodyweight Boot Camp - Northwich

posted 27 Jun 2016, 06:30 by Roger Alsop

Wednesday 29 June, at 18:30, I'm starting up another Bodyweight Boot Camp. The session will take place every Wednesday, throughout the summer, at the same time, and will be 45 minutes in length. The cost will be £5 per session. Venue is St George’s Field, on St. George's Way, Kingsmead, Northwich.
Bring your own drink, parking is not great around there so if coming by car it might be easier to park in Sir John Deane's.
Session will start at 18:30 so it would be useful to arrive by 18:25 to go through appropriate admin first.

Struggling for ideas for Xmas presents?

posted 25 Nov 2011, 09:16 by Roger Alsop

Why not give the gift of fitness? Sometimes it's worth trying something different, something a person would like but wouldn't necessarily go out and buy for themselves. Need a new steamer for the kitchen, don't get them the cheap one, get them the one that offers that little bit more, need to get fit or lose weight, don't just join a gym look for some expert help that'll guide you in the best ways to get fit and enjoy it at the same time.

Take a look at the session list and purchase that special present or if you're not sure about what to choose, contact Roger direct and fix up a bespoke gift at a price that suits your pocket.

New Meal Planning Software

posted 17 Aug 2011, 06:19 by Roger Alsop

I've just purchased some new meal planning software. The software is really flexible and allows you to plan meals for the whole week, with appropriate shopping lists. I'll be starting to use the software in September and the good news is that it will not be that expensive for you to use. I'll add price to the Price List page once I've worked it out. Watch out for September, another great addition to Roger Alsop Personal Training, your Cheshire based mobile global Personal Trainer.
